DELIVERY TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Custome made’s:
For custome made items, the estimated shipping date will be specified and could differ from in stock orders.
DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
We deliver via:
• Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.
Shipping costs are 4,99€.
We offer free shipping for all orders over 60€ within Slovenia.
RETURNS
Shipping costs are your responsibility, so please do not send it as Cash On Delivery (you need to pay for shipping beforehand), as we will have to return the package.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed & with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

(in the package add a note with your request, name and order number)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
It can happen that a package gets damaged during delivery. Don’t worry, just let us know at support@asvalt.eu and we’ll resolve the issue. Attach a photo to the email, so we can inspect.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
DEFECTS
We must deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for material defects.
A defect is material if:
- the item lacks properties required for normal use;
- the item lacks properties;
- the item lacks qualities agreed upon;
- the seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model.
We are liable for defects existing at delivery, even if unknown, as well as defects appearing later if caused by prior circumstances. Minor defects are not considered.
The consumer must notify the seller of the defect within two months of discovery, providing a description and allowing inspection.
The seller is not liable for defects appearing more than:
- 2 years after delivery (new goods),
- 1 year after delivery (used goods).
If a defect appears within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at delivery.
The consumer may request:

- repair of the defect,
- partial refund,
- replacement with new goods, or
- full refund.
The consumer has to return item to the seller.
The seller must also compensate for damages caused by defects.
