GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE LEGAL BACKBONE
Our online store asvalt.eu rolls according to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the recommendations of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce (GZS), and international e-commerce standards.
The shop is run by ASVALT PRINT, Rok Gornik s.p., Brestova ulica 2, 1380 Cerknica — the official provider of all things Asvalt online.
When you register, you pick your username + password combo. That’s your personal login key. Once you’re in, you’re officially a user and can start shopping.
Important: Every purchase is locked under the terms & conditions that apply at the moment you click “order.”
WHAT YOU’LL ALWAYS KNOW (TRANSPARENCY PROMISE)
We keep it real and promise you’ll always see:
- Who we are (company name, HQ, registration number)
- How to reach us fast (hello, email )
- Key details about products & services
- Whether stuff is actually in stock
- Delivery conditions (how, where, when)
- All prices upfront (taxes & delivery info included)
- Payment & delivery options
- How long each offer is valid
- Your right to change your mind (withdrawal period + return details)
- How to file a complaint (and who to talk to if you need help)ORDERS AND PRICES
- All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
- Delivery costs + transaction fees (like PayPal charges) are extra.
- Prices may change, but what you see at checkout is what you pay.
- Offers = valid while supplies last.
When you place an order and we send you the first confirmation email, boom — that’s when the contract is official. From then on, the price + conditions are locked in.
We store that confirmation safely on our server and can share it with you if you need it (just ask).
HOW YOU CAN PAY
Right now, we keep it simple:
- PAYPAL
- Credit/debit cards powered by STRIPE
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
We play by European consumer protection rules and want to solve problems fairly and quickly.
- Got a complaint? Email us at support@asvalt.eu.
- We’ll confirm within 5 working days and keep you updated on the fix.
- Our first goal: sort things out amicably.
- Worst-case scenario: if it goes legal, the case is handled by the court where the consumer lives.
OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION
By law, we don’t recognize a specific out-of-court dispute resolution body. BUT we do provide the
link to the official EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
This is in line with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, EU Regulation 524/2013, and
Directive 2009/22/EC (fancy words, but basically: we play fair).
That’s it! Nothing scary, just the rules of the game so you know your rights, and we keep everything transparent and fair.
